b. Plan Changes: Any adjustments to your subscription, whether an upgrade or downgrade, may be subject to additional fees or prorated credits according to the current policy.

c. Cancellations and Pauses: You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time, effective from the next billing cycle.

3. No Refund Policy

 

Once work on a project under any subscription plan begins, refunds for payments made will not be offered. This is due to the customized and dedicated nature of architectural design services, where resources and time are immediately allocated to meet the specifications of your project. Make sure to discuss your needs and expectations in detail before starting any project with us to minimize misunderstandings.

4. Intellectual Property

 

All conceptual material, designs, and documents generated by Entropía Studio during the provision of services remain the exclusive property of Entropía Studio until full payment is made. Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive license for the use of the specific designs for the agreed purpose.

5. Limitation of Liability

 

Entropía Studio is committed to excellence; however, we are not liable for delays or failures resulting from factors beyond our direct control. This includes, but is not limited to, acts of nature, government actions, or delays by third parties.

6. Confidentiality

 

We maintain a strict confidentiality protocol regarding information provided by our clients and will not disclose such information to third parties without prior consent, except by legal requirement.

7. Modifications to the Terms

 

We reserve the right to update or change our terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will become effective immediately upon their publication on our website or after having notified users in another way.

8. Applicable Legislation and Jurisdiction

 

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the country where Entropía Studio is headquartered, and any dispute shall be submitted exclusively to the courts of this country.
