¿Hay un límite de solicitudes que puedo hacer?Una vez suscrito, puedes añadir tantas solicitudes de diseño a la lista como desees; serán entregadas una por una.

¿Con quien estaré trabajando?En Entropía Studio, trabajas directamente con nuestro equipo fundador y arquitectos asociados para solicitudes específicas como animaciones o ilustraciones personalizadas. Llevamos más de 15 años diseñando proyectos arquitectónicos de todo tipo.

¿Qué pasa si no me gusta el diseño?¡Sin problema! Continuaremos revisando el diseño hasta que estés 100% satisfecho.

¿Cómo funciona la función de pausa?Si no tienes suficiente trabajo de diseño para un mes completo, puedes pausar tu suscripción. Los ciclos de facturación se basan en un período de 30 días; si pausas, conservas los días restantes para usar en el futuro. Simplemente envíanos un correo a hola@entropia.studio con el título "Pausar mi Suscripción".

¿Por qué no simplemente contratar a un arquitecto de tiempo completo?Contratar a un arquitecto senior a tiempo completo supera los $50,000 mensuales, más beneficios, y puede que no siempre tengas suficiente trabajo para mantenerlo ocupado. Con nuestro plan mensual, puedes pausar y reanudar tu suscripción según sea necesario, asegurándote de pagar solo cuando tengas proyectos para ellos.

¿Hay reembolsos si no me gusta el servicio?Dada la naturaleza de nuestro trabajo, no se emitirán reembolsos.

¿Hay algún trabajo de diseño que no cubran?Nos especializamos exclusivamente en diseño arquitectónico, por lo que no realizamos trabajos de ingeniería o cálculo estructural. Sin embargo, estamos abiertos a colaborar y adaptar nuestros diseños para trabajar conjuntamente con terceros especialistas en ingeniería, asegurando así que logres el resultado deseado de manera integral.

¿Cuán rápido recibiré mis solicitudes?El tiempo de finalización varía según la complejidad del proyecto y la rapidez de tus respuestas. Generalmente, verás avances desde la primera semana. El tiempo para completar el proyecto final se influencia por la cantidad de detalles que requieras y su complejidad. Por ejemplo, un proyecto residencial típico podría estar listo en menos de tres meses.

¿Qué pasa si terminamos un proyecto y aún no termina el mes?Puedes pausar tu suscripción una vez finalizado y volver cuando tengas más necesidades de diseño. También puedes compartir tu suscripción con alguien más. No hay necesidad de desperdiciar el resto de tu suscripción.
