REFUND POLICY
Effective from: March 27, 2024
At Entropía Studio, we are dedicated to offering design and architecture services of the highest quality, customized to meet the specific needs and expectations of our clients. Given the personalized nature of our services, we want to inform our customers about our refund policy:
No Refund Policy:
Once a client subscribes to our services and work on their project has begun, Entropía Studio does not offer refunds for payments made. This policy reflects the significant commitment of resources, time and effort dedicated to each project from the beginning of work.
Special Considerations:

Start of Work: Work on a project is considered started once the client has approved the start of the project, after the initial consultation phase.

Cancellations: Customers can cancel their subscription at any time; however, any payments made prior to cancellation are not eligible for refund.

Project Scope Changes: We understand that project requirements may change. Although we are willing to accommodate reasonable changes, they will not affect our no-refund policy.

Dissatisfaction: In the event that a client is dissatisfied with the progress or direction of the project, Entropía Studio agrees to work diligently to adjust the project to the client's specifications within the limits of the existing subscription.
Exceptions:
The only exception to this non-refund policy occurs in circumstances where Entropía Studio, for any internal reason, is unable to begin work on a project after payment has been received. In such cases, a full refund will be offered to the customer.
Customer Agreement:
By contracting the services of Entropía Studio, you accept this non-refund policy. We understand that this policy may influence your subscription decision, and we are available to answer any questions or concerns you may have before committing to our services.
